Shaping character & capabilities.
To help children feel comfortable with technology, ideas and people while discovering who they are.

A sanctuary for holistic youth development
NITHIDI is a mission-driven non-governmental organisation founded to nurture the intrinsic worth, cognitive vitality and moral conviction of children attending government and underprivileged schools.
Operating across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, we believe education must encompass much more than textbook memorisation. True learning sparks independent reflection, ethical responsibility and the technological fluency required to thrive in an interconnected 21st century.
Closing the divide between school and life
The Need
While formal curricula provide necessary academic foundations, thousands of students complete school without vital life capabilities: critical reasoning, clear communication, digital problem-solving, financial logic and emotional resilience.
The Gap
Students from underserved backgrounds face compounding barriers: limited exposure to emerging technology, absence of structured public-speaking forums, and a lack of mentorship guiding practical career pathways.
Our Response
NITHIDI bridges this divide. Through our flagship 3H Catalyst framework, we immerse young minds in experiential learning cycles that foster practical mastery, moral clarity and self-belief.

The mind behind NITHIDI
Farha Naaz didn’t begin by asking, “What should children learn?” She asked, “What will they need when learning ends?”
A certified educationist and career strategist with 15+ years of experience across India, Farha has engaged with 1,00,000+ learners and pursued multiple degrees in education and commerce, with certifications from various universities — building expertise across education, life skills, emotional intelligence and career development.
Her research journey in life-skills development has shaped a unique approach that brings skills together with values. Through inquiry-based learning, psychometric insights and research-driven practice, she continues to explore how children can discover their strengths, overcome doubts and make purposeful choices.
Having witnessed how rote education leaves students unprepared for collaborative workspaces and digital realities, she designed the 3H framework — Head, Hand, Heart — to bring together intellect, ethical character and practical execution. NITHIDI is the outcome of that journey: a vision to prepare children not just to succeed in academics, but to thrive in life.
Stay committed, keep moving forward, and never stop striving for excellence.
